The Institute for Change Leaders provides a 100% refund 10 full business days before a training date, a 75% refund to students who have paid up to three business days before any given training. After that, we can only offer 30% off an equivalent future training, but not money back.
The Institute for Change Leaders hires trainers and (for in-person trainings) orders food three full business days before a training. This means our biggest costs are fixed and cannot be changed the day before or the morning of a training. We have fixed group sizes and hire so that groups are full to keep costs affordable for everyone.
