George Carter is an undergraduate placement student from Ryerson University’s School of Social Work. He is an ardent advocate for student rights and holds numerous volunteer positions on campus, including Senate, the RSU Board of Directors, the Academic Integrity Council, the Mental Health and Wellbeing Committee, and Canadian Students for Sensible Drug Policy. Through his advocacy work, George has learned firsthand the incredible power that our stories can play when we focus them on building collaborative partnerships that encourage meaningful, sustainable change.
