Rachel Tam

Rachel Tam (she/her) is a community service professional and a current 4th year social work student at Toronto Metropolitan University. She comes in with experiences serving and working with communities with diverse backgrounds and needs in the nonprofit sector. Currently, she is pursuing her learning journey to further develop her skills and practices to advocate, support, disrupt and create changes in all settings that she encounters. She is especially interested in conversations about social justice, equity, wellbeing, and civic engagement, where she looks forward to learning more about mobilizing changes in her communities by joining The Institute for Change Leaders. Her other interests include music, poetry, cooking, and traveling.
