Overview

So often, we are called upon to solve unique problems with few resources and even less time. While many of us think heroes are needed, quite the opposite is true. We can all learn to lead in tackling new obstacles with maximum impact in unprecedented times.

Using lessons from Harvard's "Emerging Leaders" program and the latest adaptive principles, this class will teach you what you need to excel at leadership when there is no handbook.

Outcomes

  • Access the latest, concrete expert thinking on communication, decision-making and leadership to apply directly in your work.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of your leadership practice.
  • Learn how to lead adaptively to maximize your results in the face of challenges and gain momentum.

Who: Those who want to learn how to lead more effectively in the face of challenges in their workplaces, organizations, and communities.

When: Contact us to schedule a training.

COST: $99
