ILC facilitator and therapist Helen Hargreaves will lead an interactive workshop exploring what facilitators can do to compassionately respond, and keep the group on track, when participants get swept up in Traumatic memories.

You will leave the workshop knowing how trauma works, why participants get triggered in these workshops and with some simple and straightforward skills to facilitate when trauma rears its head.

Helen Hargreaves is a registered social worker with over 10 years of experience working in mental health.
