Using lessons from Harvard's "Emerging Leaders" program, along with the latest brain science and adaptive principles, learn what you need to excel at leadership when there is no handbook.

Overview

More and more in society, organizations, and in business, we are encountering challenging issues that have not arisen before. There is no playbook. So often we are called upon to lead in solving unique problems with few resources and even less time. While many of us think heroes are needed, quite the opposite is true. We can all learn to lead in tackling new problems with maximum impact in unprecedented times.
