ICL is here to accompany leaders and help strengthen progressive organizations and labour unions; supporting their collective leadership and capacity as leaders of their organizations, unions, and campaigns.

Together, our team provides organizing and campaigning education, strategic advice, coaching, and knowledge sharing customized to your context and your people.

At ICL, we work with leaders on their team's formation and launch, as they identify and build power, mould their strategy, define their structure, select their tactics, and vitally – celebrate their progress. We're not here to dictate to or lead your organization, union, or campaign – we're here to support your leadership whenever needed.

ICL contributes to the success of leaders, organizations and campaigns. We celebrate your big wins with you – but you own them. As a team, we accompany leaders every step of the way with their organizations and campaigns, and we're always here to provide ongoing follow-up to ensure carry-through on concrete, impactful progressive change.
