ICL founder Olivia Chow was on CBC's The House to talk about her work with the not for profit Hollyhock Leadership Institute to deliver grassroots training for people who want to run for office.
"This is a program designed for people who want to run for office but feeling a bit hesitant. Traditionally they are not represented in the House of Commons: racialized communities, indigenous communities and young people."
