The Institute for Change Leaders (ICL) equips people from all walks of life with the cutting-edge leadership, story-telling, and concrete organizing skills to win transformative and sustainable progressive change, using the model of legendary organizer and Harvard professor Marshall Ganz – who pioneered his approach in the civil rights and united farm workers movements, using it most notably in the 2008 Obama presidential campaign.

Deliverable in a variety of customized, accessible formats, ICL’s educational program core course offerings include:

  • People, Power, Change

  • Public Narrative: Story-telling to inspire action

  • Coaching as Leadership Practice

  • Building Effective Teams

  • Adaptive Leadership (Coming soon)

Courses take place live – both in-person or online, use a variety of multimedia formats, and include dedicated coaching and hands-on practice, with follow-up from the ICL team included to assess your progress and provide additional support on an ongoing basis.

Together, let's realize our inner changemakers and make lasting, progressive change!
